LacrosseAI - Training Coach

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and LacrosseAI (“we”, “us”, “our”) regarding your access to and use of our mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, parental or legal guardian consent is required.

2. Changes to the Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective once posted with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Accounts and Security

LacrosseAI identifies users by their device’s unique identifier. No email registration is required. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and all activity that occurs through your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid Features: Certain features require an active subscription.
Billing: Payments are processed through the Apple App Store.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings at any time.
Refunds: Refunds are handled according to Apple’s refund policy. We do not directly issue refunds unless required by law.
Price Changes: Prices may change with prior notice.

5. User Content and Third-Party AI Processing

Ownership: You retain full ownership of videos and other content you upload (“User Content”).
License: By uploading content, you grant LacrosseAI a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your content solely for providing the Services.
Third-Party AI Services: To provide AI coaching analysis, LacrosseAI utilizes fal.ai, a third-party AI service provider. By initiating an analysis request, you explicitly acknowledge and consent that your submitted video will be sent to and processed by fal.ai solely for generating your coaching feedback.
Data Deletion: Uploaded videos are automatically deleted within 24 hours of analysis completion.
Responsibility: You confirm that you have all necessary rights to upload and use your content. You must not upload videos of other individuals without their explicit consent.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload illegal, abusive, explicit, or harmful content,
Violate intellectual property or privacy rights of others,
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Services,
Use the Services to harass or harm other users,
Attempt to circumvent subscription or payment requirements,
Use automated tools or bots without permission.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

We reserve the right to review, restrict, or remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion.

8. AI Coaching Disclaimer

The AI coaching feedback provided by LacrosseAI is generated automatically and is intended for informational and training purposes only. It does not replace the advice of a qualified lacrosse coach, athletic trainer, or medical professional. We are not responsible for any injuries or damages that may result from following AI-generated recommendations.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, logos, drill content, and related materials within the Services are owned by or licensed to LacrosseAI. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LacrosseAI shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last six months or USD 100, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LacrosseAI from any claims arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

14. Apple App Store Terms

This agreement is between you and LacrosseAI, not Apple.
Apple is not responsible for the Services or their content.
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
